Found in search. Named by AI. Booked by agents.

FunnelPoint is a managed service for businesses that want to show up on Google, get named when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews, and be bookable by the assistants that are starting to act for customers. We do the work every month, and we send you a dated receipt for every test we run.

A person checks your website, Google profile, search rankings, AI answers and booking or checkout, and emails you a one-page report. You don't need a sales call to get it, and after that we send one email a week, which you can stop with one click. See a sample report.

Customers find businesses in three ways now

Most people still search Google, a growing number ask an assistant like ChatGPT, and some now let the assistant make the booking for them. Each of these reads your business a little differently, so we work on all three.

Search

Google is still where most people start, and what counts there is your ranking, your Business Profile, your reviews, and pages that load quickly and say clearly what you do.

We fix the technical issues, track the searches that matter to you, keep your profile and listings up to date, and write the pages that should rank.

AI answers

ChatGPT, Gemini, Google's AI Overviews and Perplexity now answer the question before anyone clicks through to a website, and they usually name a few businesses and quote whatever they can read about them.

We put 50 of your customers' questions to all four every month, see which businesses get named, and publish the facts that the assistants quote.

AI agents

Muse, Gemini and ChatGPT are starting to book and buy things on people's behalf, and if your booking page blocks them, they can't complete the booking.

We test whether an assistant can find you, understand what you offer and book with you, write down where it stopped, and fix the problem.

Semrush and Ahrefs are excellent tools, but you still have to do the work yourself

If someone on your team uses one of them every week, keep it. If you pay for one and rarely open it, the table below shows what changes with a managed service.

Questions

For anything else, email hello@funnelpointpartners.com and a person will read it.

What do you mean by "the AI your customers use"?

We mean products like Meta's Muse, Google's Gemini and ChatGPT. More and more people give one of these assistants a goal, such as "find me a plumber who can come Thursday", and let it do the searching and comparing, and increasingly the booking or buying as well.

What does the free assessment cover?

It covers where you stand in Google search, whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews name you when your customers ask them questions, and whether an assistant can find you, understand you and book with you. A person runs the checks and writes a one-page report that ends with the three fixes we think matter most.

Do I still need Semrush or Ahrefs?

If someone on your team uses one every week for research, you should probably keep it, and we can work alongside it. If you pay for one and mostly just read the emails it sends, the managed plan covers what you were paying the tool to tell you, and we do the work as well.

Is this SEO?

It includes SEO. Google, the AI assistants and the booking agents all rely on the same facts about your business, such as your pages, prices, hours, profile and booking path, and because the fixes overlap so much we work on all three together.

What does it cost?

The assessment is free. The Fix Sprint is $950 once. The managed plan is $349 a month, month to month, for one location; each additional location is $99 a month.

What don't you know yet?

We don't know how much of any business's traffic comes through AI assistants today, because nobody publishes that figure. Our assessments and the monthly tracking are how we're starting to measure it.
