What FunnelPoint is
FunnelPoint is a managed service that helps businesses get found in Google, get named in AI answers, and get booked by AI agents. We check where you stand, fix what's getting in the way, and keep it working from month to month.
Why it exists
In 2026, Meta's Muse, Google's Gemini and ChatGPT started finding, comparing and booking businesses on people's behalf. If an assistant can't read a business's website, or can't book with it, the assistant moves on to another business and the owner never finds out it was considered. Most of the tools built for search visibility don't check for that, and most of them leave the fixing to you. We started FunnelPoint in 2026 to do that check and then do the work, which covers technical SEO, AI answer tracking, local search, content and agent readiness as one monthly service.
How an assessment is done
A person runs the checks, not a script. They look at where you stand in search and in AI answers, and then at the four agent checks, which ask whether an assistant can find your business, understand it, transact with it and trust it. After that they try to do what a customer's assistant would do, such as finding your prices or booking an appointment, and record what happened as an agent test receipt, which notes what the assistant saw, where it stopped, and what would fix it. You get a one-page report with the results, the receipts, and the three fixes we think matter most. Here is the format.
Reports are written by hand, so we do a limited number each week. Each report is signed by the person who did the work, and that's who you'll be talking to if you ask a question about it.
What we don't do
- We don't certify anything, and there's no badge or seal. We report what we observed on a given date, and we retest after a fix.
- We don't promise placement. Nobody outside Meta, Google or OpenAI knows exactly how their assistants choose between businesses, and we say so.
- We don't claim data we don't have. Where a number is ours, we tell you the sample it came from. Where it's someone else's, we link it.
- We're not affiliated with any of the assistant platforms, and we think that independence matters for this kind of work.
