What you get

Every report covers where you stand in search and AI answers, scores the four agent checks, includes the receipts from the tests we ran, and ends with the three fixes we think would help most. This page shows the format.

Rung 3 of 4: booking starts, a person must finish

An assistant can find this practice and read its hours, but the booking page shows a verification challenge before any appointment times, so the assistant hands the customer the link and stops there. What the rungs mean.

2. The four agent checks

CheckResultWhy
1. FindPassedWebsite, Google profile and Yelp agree on name, address, phone and hours. Crawlers allowed.
2. UnderstandPartialServices listed, but prices are in a PDF and the cancellation policy is only on the booking confirmation email.
3. TransactBlockedBooking page shows a CAPTCHA to anything that isn't a person. Two of three agent attempts stopped there.
4. TrustPassedRecent reviews, consistent ratings across platforms, owner responds to negative ones.

3. Agent test receipts

We try to do what a customer's assistant would do and write down what happened, and each attempt becomes a receipt. Real reports include a screenshot with each one.

4. The three fixes that matter most

  1. Let agents through to the booking page.

The bot challenge is blocking every automated visitor, including the ones that are trying to book. This is the one fix that would change the Transact result from Blocked to Passed.

  2. Put prices in text.

Move the new-patient pricing out of the PDF and onto the services page, with structured data. Once it's there, ChatGPT and Gemini should quote it instead of saying it's unavailable.

  3. Fix the hours and the slow pages.

Make the Saturday hours agree on the profile and the site, and get the two service pages loading in under two seconds on a phone. Both problems hold back your search rankings, and the mismatched hours are what Gemini is currently quoting.

Each report ends with a retest plan that says what we'll try again after the fixes, and when.

On the managed plan, you get a report every month

On the managed plan the assessment turns into a monthly report that covers what we changed, what moved in search and AI answers, and what an agent could and couldn't do, each with a date.

Example format. Illustrative data, not a real business.

Get yours

All we need is your website and an email address, and a person does the rest.

A person checks your website, Google profile, search rankings, AI answers and booking or checkout, and emails you a one-page report. You don't need a sales call to get it, and after that we send one email a week, which you can stop with one click.
